In terms of material selection, we have established a complete material database and application case library. In addition to the conventional 304 and 316 stainless steels, we also widely apply 304L and 316L ultra-low carbon stainless steels to effectively solve the problems at the welding points. For working conditions that require extremely high strength, we recommend using 17-4PH precipitation-hardening stainless steel. Through precise heat treatment processes, its strength can reach over 1000MPa. In the martensitic stainless steel series, we not only use 420 material but also have developed an application solution for 416 free-cutting stainless steel, significantly enhancing production efficiency.

Technological breakthroughs in precision manufacturing

We have introduced a five-axis linkage machining center, which, in combination with a measurement system, has achieved micron-level processing of complex curved surface parts. In the field of precision turning, we have adopted multi-axis lathes to achieve one-time forming processing of small-diameter parts with a diameter of φ0.5mm or more. Especially in the processing of thin-walled parts, we have successfully controlled the wall thickness tolerance within ±0.01mm by optimizing the clamping scheme through finite element analysis. For large components with a diameter exceeding 500mm, we use machining centers to ensure the processing stability of large parts.

In-depth cultivation in professional fields

In the field of semiconductor equipment accessories, the ultra-high vacuum chamber components we have developed have a surface roughness of Ra0.1μm and an exhaust rate of less than 10-11mbar·L/s. Through a special electrolytic polishing process, we ensure that the product surface meets the EP standard. For food machinery parts, a special mirror surface processing technology is adopted, with a surface roughness of less than Ra0.2μm

A2: Depends on your specific items, within 3-7 days generally.

Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?

A3: Kindly please provide the product drawings in PDF, if provide in STEP or IGS will be better.

Q4: What are the payment terms?

A4: We accept 50% as a payment deposit, when the goods are prepared, we shoot photos or videos for your check, and then you can pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal, the commission will be added to the order. For big amounts, T/T is preferred.

Q5: How to deliver the goods?

A5: We deliver the products by courier company.

Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

A6: We are factory direct with 17 experienced engineers and more than 50 employees as well approximate 3,000m2 workshop area.

Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?

A7: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy and provide you better solutions. If send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you.

Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?

A8: Absolutely yes.
