Through precise process control, we can achieve mirror-like surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8μm or even higher, as well as micron-level dimensional accuracy, ensuring perfect fit with gaskets and achieving long-lasting seals.
We have established a complete quality assurance system, from raw material verification and heat treatment process monitoring to machining dimensional inspection and finished product performance testing. We are equipped with a coordinate measuring machine, a large digital height gauge, ultrasonic testing equipment, a hardness tester, and a roughness meter and blue light scanner for sealing surface inspection. Every CNC-machined flange undergoes rigorous chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, full inspection of dimensional and geometric tolerances, and sealing surface quality inspection.
