II. Addressing the challenges of stainless steel machining to ensure gear cleanliness and durability

1) Gears used in health protection equipment have extremely high requirements for material purity, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. While stainless steel meets these characteristics, its strong work hardening tendency makes it prone to burrs and microcracks on the tooth surface during traditional machining.

2) Optimized cutting control: Employing extremely sharp micro-tools, high spindle speeds, and precise feed per tooth, combined with minimal lubrication, effectively suppresses work hardening and thermal deformation, resulting in a smooth tooth surface.

3) Ensuring surface integrity: Precise machining parameters avoid microscopic surface defects, allowing gears to achieve a near-burr-free state immediately after machining. This greatly simplifies subsequent cleaning processes and ensures excellent fatigue resistance of the tooth surface.

4) Achieving superior corrosion resistance: High-quality CNC-machined surfaces provide a perfect base for subsequent electropolishing or passivation treatments. Electropolishing not only further reduces surface roughness but also removes trace amounts of surface iron, forming a uniform, dense, and chromium-rich passivation film on the gear surface, capable of withstanding repeated disinfection and cleaning.

A4: We accept 50% as a payment deposit, when the goods are prepared, we shoot photos or videos for your check, and then you can pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal, the commission will be added to the order. For big amounts, T/T is preferred.

Q5: How to deliver the goods?

A5: We deliver the products by courier company.

Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

A6: We are factory direct with 17 experienced engineers and more than 50 employees as well approximate 3,000m2 workshop area.

Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?

A7: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy and provide you better solutions. If send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you.

Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
