Aerospace-grade aluminum alloy structural components, after CNC machining, have a strength exceeding that of many steels, achieving significant weight reduction while ensuring structural reliability.

2. Synergistic Optimization of Heat Treatment and Machining.

After rough machining, a 0.2-0.3mm allowance is left for finishing. Precision machining is then performed after heat treatment, eliminating the effects of heat treatment deformation and ensuring final dimensional accuracy. For aluminum plates used in precision tooling fixtures, the flatness deformation is controlled within 0.02mm after heat treatment and restored to 0.005mm after finishing.

3. Precise control of surface integrity.

A surface roughness of Ra0.2-0.4μm is obtained through finishing, while simultaneously forming a beneficial residual compressive stress field. For aluminum alloy parts used in fatigue conditions, the depth of the surface compressive stress layer is controlled within 0.05-0.1mm, increasing fatigue life by 2-3 times.
