I. A Professional and Reliable Supplier of Stainless Steel Precision Piping Fittings

We provide a full-process service from piping system design, pipe selection, prototype manufacturing to mass production. Our engineering team is proficient in the processing characteristics and application matching of various stainless steel pipes:

1. Austenitic Stainless Steel Pipes (304, 316L): Possess excellent comprehensive corrosion resistance and good formability.

2. High-Strength Stainless Steel Pipes (e.g., 17-7PH, 15-5PH): Precipitation hardening stainless steel pipes, which can achieve ultra-high strength through heat treatment.

3. Small Diameter Thin-Walled Stainless Steel Pipes: Outer diameters can be as small as 0.2mm, and wall thicknesses as thin as 0.05mm, used for the protection of precision instruments and sensors.

II. Precision Blanking and End Face Processing: High-precision automatic pipe cutting machines or CNC lathes are used to precisely cut stainless steel pipes to a fixed length, and the end faces are simultaneously chamfered and flattened to ensure that the cut is burr-free and deformation-free, establishing a precise benchmark for subsequent processing.

1. Flaring and Reduction: Hydraulic or mechanical flaring and reduction equipment is used to precisely expand or reduce the diameter of the pipe ends to obtain the required interface shape, strictly controlling the flaring taper, roundness, and wall thickness reduction rate.

2. Flanging and Upsetting: Cold or hot upsetting processes are used to form flanges or locally thicken the pipe ends for compression fittings or welded joints.

3. Internal Honing: A precision internal honing machine is used to finish the inner wall of the pipe fitting, improving roundness and straightness to achieve an inner surface quality of Ra ≤ 0.4μm.

4. Electrolytic Polishing: The inner wall of the pipe fitting is polished to remove the processing-induced deterioration layer, resulting in a bright, clean, and corrosion-resistant mirror-grade inner surface. This is the standard process for ultra-high purity pipelines.

5. Thread and Sealing Interface Machining: Precision thread turning or milling processes are used to machine pipe threads and sealing conical surfaces, ensuring thread accuracy and sealing performance.

III. We are equipped with CNC pipe bending machines, pipe end forming machines, deep hole honing machines, electrolytic polishing production lines, and high-precision CNC lathes. Addressing the core challenges of stainless steel pipe manufacturing—thin-wall deformation control, internal surface quality, and dimensional consistency—we have developed a systematic solution:

1. Laser Measurement and Compensation: Integrating a laser measurement system into the bending and forming processes to detect springback and deformation in real time and automatically compensate for processing parameters.

2. Dimensional and Geometric Accuracy: Using image measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines to inspect the inner and outer diameters, wall thickness, length, bending angles, and positional accuracy of pipe fittings; profilometers to analyze flare taper and sealing surface shape.

3. Material and Performance Verification: A spectrometer confirms the material grade; a hardness tester verifies the heat treatment effect; metallographic analysis checks the microstructure.

A2: Depends on your specific items, within 3-7 days generally.

Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?

A3: Kindly please provide the product drawings in PDF, if provide in STEP or IGS will be better.

Q4: What are the payment terms?

A4: We accept 50% as a payment deposit, when the goods are prepared, we shoot photos or videos for your check, and then you can pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal, the commission will be added to the order. For big amounts, T/T is preferred.

Q5: How to deliver the goods?

A5: We deliver the products by courier company.

Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

A6: We are factory direct with 17 experienced engineers and more than 50 employees as well approximate 3,000m2 workshop area.

Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?

A7: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy and provide you better solutions. If send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you.

Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?

A8: Absolutely yes.

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?

Q10: Is it possible to know the operation status of my products without visiting your company?
