Aluminum alloys possess inherent antioxidant and rust-resistant properties, excellent toughness, and resistance to vibration and impact. They are less prone to cracking and deformation during long-term, high-frequency start-stop operation. Furthermore, the raw material procurement cost is significantly lower than that of brass castings, helping equipment manufacturers substantially reduce spare parts procurement and subsequent maintenance costs.

After the blank is die-cast, all processes utilize CNC turning, boring, end milling, drilling, and tapping for precision machining. IV. Integrated Structure Molding: Stable Locking, Enhanced Overall Machine Connection Reliability

Combining die-casting integrated molding and CNC precision-finished structure, the semi-enclosed shell with bottom mounting flange provides stronger rigidity through a double-layer support structure. After the base is placed, it is locked to the hydraulic oil tank and frame, firmly securing the pump assembly. Optimized reinforcing rib layout disperses vibration during equipment operation, preventing base cracking and screw loosening after long-term use; precise flange threaded hole positioning ensures seamless assembly without gaps or loosening, achieving efficient and stable pump-machine connection, suitable for heavy-duty hydraulic applications such as construction machinery, textile machinery, and packaging equipment.

Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

A6: We are factory direct with 17 experienced engineers and more than 50 employees as well approximate 3,000m2 workshop area.

Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?

A7: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy and provide you better solutions. If send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you.
