Aluminum alloys are lightweight and rust-resistant, making them suitable for long-term use in environments such as automated equipment cabinets and aluminum profile frame doors. They are the preferred base material for industrial non-standard parts.
I. CNC Precision Milling for Strict Control of Dimensional Machining Accuracy
Utilizing multi-axis CNC milling machines for precision machining throughout the entire process, the snap-fit interlocking body and fixing mounting holes are all integrally formed using CNC milling, abandoning the rough forming process of traditional die casting. Machining tolerances are controlled within ±0.02mm, ensuring uniform interlocking gaps between the protrusions and grooves, and consistent positioning of the mounting holes on both sides, accurately matching the mounting reference of national standard 30/40 series industrial aluminum profiles. CNC programmed machining allows for batch replication of the same dimensions, ensuring stable dimensional consistency for individual products, whether for small-batch customization or large-scale mass production.
After CNC milling, the workpiece undergoes a uniform sandblasting matte surface treatment to remove machining marks and burrs, forming a dense passivation protective layer on the surface. Compared to polished aluminum parts, sandblasted surfaces are more resistant to friction and scratches, even with repeated opening and closing of cabinet doors. The aluminum alloy passivation process blocks the path of air oxidation, and the matte metallic texture balances industrial aesthetics and practicality, fitting the appearance and assembly standards of automated production lines and instrument cabinets.
III. Modular Structure Design, Adaptable to Multiple Assembly Scenarios
Utilizing a paired snap-fit structure with a split left-right combination design, one side is fixed to the cabinet door, and the other side locks to the aluminum profile door frame. Closing relies on physical locking mechanisms for self-limiting, achieving a secure lock without the need for spring components. Standardized mounting holes are compatible with all standard industrial aluminum profile frames, suitable for assembly line rack protection cabinets, electrical control cabinets, and also for non-standard customized equipment enclosures. Supports CNC secondary machining for on-demand hole modifications and shape alterations, offering flexible adaptation to multiple specifications to meet the customized equipment needs of different industries.
Finished products undergo three rounds of factory inspection: the first piece is re-measured with full-size calipers, and fatigue testing simulates tens of thousands of cabinet door opening and closing cycles, ensuring no loosening or breakage of the latches; then they are ready for packaging and shipment. Relying on CNC standardized production and full inspection control, we can undertake both custom-made non-standard drawings for foreign trade and bulk supply of ready-made stock, becoming a highly reliable locking and clamping component in the industrial aluminum profile accessories supply chain.
