III. On-Demand Selection of Material Properties

1. Flexible selection of aluminum alloy grades based on application environment. 7075-T6 is selected for high strength requirements, while 6061-T6 or cast aluminum alloys are selected for good corrosion resistance.

The online measurement system inspects key dimensions for each machined impeller, using a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to measure the blade profile and ensure consistency with the design model. Custom impellers come with a complete inspection report, with a profile error of <0.02mm.

Performance testing services are also provided. Aerodynamic or hydraulic performance tests can be conducted to verify the customization effect. For custom wind turbine impellers, performance test comparison data is provided, making efficiency improvements quantifiable and visible.
