II. Integrated Machining of Complex Structures and Functional Features

CNC machining technology has enabled lathe parts to evolve from simple structures into complex components with high rigidity and high damping. The integrated machining of box-type parts allows for the one-time clamping and forming of internal reinforcing ribs, bearing seats, oil passages, etc., with uniform wall thickness and high rigidity. Aging treatment ensures dimensional stability. After rough machining, artificial aging or vibration aging treatment is performed to eliminate internal stress and ensure no deformation during long-term use.

Flexible manufacturing adapts to diverse needs. Switching from one specification of lathe part to another can be completed within one hour.

Five-sided machining centers can be used in a single setup. Complex components such as large lathe beds and columns can be machined on five sides in a single setup, achieving high precision and consistency with minimal auxiliary time.
