1. Precision Forming and Standardized Datum: Utilizing CNC milling and turning centers or precision machining centers, we complete the machining of the connector's main body shape, end faces, and locating stops in a single setup or with minimal setup, establishing a high-precision standardized datum. This is a prerequisite for ensuring the accuracy of all assembly hole systems and sealing surfaces.

2. High-Precision Hole Systems and Thread Machining:

Hole Machining: Employing a combination of drilling, milling, boring, and reaming processes to ensure the positional accuracy, perpendicularity, and dimensional accuracy of bolt holes, locating pin holes, and fluid channel holes. For deep holes or intersecting holes, specialized tools and processes are used.

3. Thread Machining: Applying thread milling or rigid tapping processes. For pipe threads requiring sealing, precise control is implemented to ensure engagement length and sealing performance.

4. Ultra-precision machining of sealing and mating surfaces: For sealing surfaces that mate with gaskets or O-rings, and for locating surfaces that precisely mate with other components, precision turning or grinding is performed to achieve mirror-level smoothness and flatness. This is crucial for achieving leak-free sealing and precise assembly.

5. Heat treatment and dimensional stabilization: Professional vacuum heat treatment is provided for martensitic stainless steel or precipitation-hardening stainless steel connectors. All precision connectors undergo stress-relieving heat treatment to eliminate residual machining stress and prevent minor deformation due to stress release during use.

6. Welding and component integration: Precision welding such as argon arc welding and laser welding can be performed to integrate multiple machined or standard parts into complex components.

A4: We accept 50% as a payment deposit, when the goods are prepared, we shoot photos or videos for your check, and then you can pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal, the commission will be added to the order. For big amounts, T/T is preferred.

Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
