I. Deep Matching of Materials and Applications:

1. High Corrosion-Resistant General-Purpose Valve Blocks: Made of 304 or 316/316L austenitic stainless steel, suitable for most industrial corrosive environments.

2. High-Strength Corrosion-Resistant Valve Blocks: Utilizing 17-4PH precipitation-hardening stainless steel, treated to achieve ultra-high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for high-pressure, high-impact load aerospace or special industrial scenarios.

3. Special Requirements Valve Blocks: Duplex stainless steel, martensitic stainless steel, etc., can be used as needed.

II. We focus on designing internal flow channel geometries that are easy to machine, inspect, and clean.

1. Precision Hexahedral Datum Machining: Using a high-precision machining center, we first perform precision milling on all six faces of the stainless steel billet to establish a machining datum with extremely high flatness and perpendicularity. This is the foundation for ensuring the positional accuracy of all subsequent hole systems.

2. Deep Hole Drilling: Using a high-performance deep hole drilling machine or a machining center with high-pressure internal cooling, we machine the main oil passage holes with a large length-to-diameter ratio, ensuring the straightness, cylindricity, and surface quality of the holes.

3. Precision Stepped Valve Hole Machining: Using high-rigidity boring tools or special reamers, we machine the precision stepped holes for installing various cartridge valves, check valves, and throttle valves. We strictly control the hole diameter tolerances, roundness, cylindricity, and surface roughness to ensure the precise fit and smooth movement of the valve core.

4. Complex 3D Cross-flow Channel Machining: Utilizing a multi-axis machining center, through precise calculation and programming, we achieve interference-free, high-precision machining of complex, inclined cross-flow channels, ensuring the correct geometry at the channel intersections.

5. Thread and Sealing Interface Machining: We perform precision machining on various pipe threads, metric threads, and sealing surfaces to ensure reliable sealing.

III. We are equipped with a high-rigidity five-axis machining center, deep-hole drilling machine, and specialized deburring equipment.

A2: Depends on your specific items, within 3-7 days generally.

Q3: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?

A3: Kindly please provide the product drawings in PDF, if provide in STEP or IGS will be better.

Q4: What are the payment terms?

A4: We accept 50% as a payment deposit, when the goods are prepared, we shoot photos or videos for your check, and then you can pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal, the commission will be added to the order. For big amounts, T/T is preferred.

Q5: How to deliver the goods?

A5: We deliver the products by courier company.

Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

A6: We are factory direct with 17 experienced engineers and more than 50 employees as well approximate 3,000m2 workshop area.

Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?

A7: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy and provide you better solutions. If send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you.

Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?

A8: Absolutely yes.

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?

Q10: Is it possible to know the operation status of my products without visiting your company?

A10: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
