1. High-strength main body: Made of 6061-T6 or 7075 aluminum alloy, ensuring the overall structural rigidity of the body under high-speed vibration and avoiding feeding instability caused by flexible deformation.
2. Wear-resistant track design: In critical friction areas of the track, wear resistance can be improved through design optimization or subsequent surface strengthening treatment. For extreme wear conditions, hard alloys or special coatings can be considered.
3. Feeding engineering and dynamic design support: Our team not only provides machining but also assists clients in feeding dynamics analysis. Through finite element analysis to simulate the vibration modes of the disc, we optimize the disc wall thickness and track support structure, avoiding coupling between the operating frequency and the structure's natural frequency. 1. Large disc blank preparation and stress homogenization: Pre-treatment of large aluminum plates or forgings, using stress-relief annealing to ensure uniform internal stress, provides a foundation for dimensional stability in subsequent large-area, thin-walled structure machining.

Basic Structure and Reference Machining of the Disc: Using a large vertical or gantry machining center, precision machining is performed on the bottom surface, outer circle, and locating stops of the disc, establishing a precise and unified reference for all subsequent track and structural machining.
1. Five-Axis Simultaneous Milling: This is crucial for achieving high-precision one-time forming of the three-dimensional helical track. We use a high-dynamic-performance five-axis machining center to perform continuous precision cutting on the track's working surface, sidewalls, and transition arcs based on the complex toolpaths generated by CAM software.
2. Track Geometric Accuracy Control: Strict control is maintained over the track's pitch, helix angle, cross-sectional shape, and the continuous smoothness of the track surface to ensure the workpiece can spiral upwards smoothly and without jamming.
3. Auxiliary Feature Machining: Precision machining is performed on all auxiliary functional structures, including the vibrator connection interface, discharge port, stop mechanism mounting position, and vent holes.

A4: We accept 50% as a payment deposit, when the goods are prepared, we shoot photos or videos for your check, and then you can pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal, the commission will be added to the order. For big amounts, T/T is preferred.
Q5: How to deliver the goods?
A5: We deliver the products by courier company.
Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A6: We are factory direct with 17 experienced engineers and more than 50 employees as well approximate 3,000m2 workshop area.
Q7: What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy and provide you better solutions. If send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you.
