II. Precise Realization of Complex Curves and Aesthetic Design
CNC machining technology enables stainless steel watch cases to achieve complex geometric shapes. Five-axis linkage machining allows for the precise fabrication of complex watch case shapes, including asymmetrical ones, with a surface contour error of ≤0.01mm. For sports watches, the stainless steel case features precision-machined lugs that conform to the wrist's curvature, ensuring comfortable wear and preventing wobbling during exercise.
Precision machining of the bezel's anti-slip texture. A micro-milling cutter creates fine, uniform anti-slip teeth on the bezel, with a tooth width of 0.2-0.3mm, a tooth depth of 0.1-0.15mm, and a tooth pitch accuracy of ±0.01mm.
Precision mating between the case and crystal. The crystal mounting step flatness is 0.005mm, and the chamfer angle accuracy is ±0.5°.

Austenitic stainless steel 316L exhibits excellent performance in watch case manufacturing. It boasts outstanding corrosion resistance, and after precision machining, the stainless steel case achieves a surface finish of Ra0.1μm, maintaining its luster and resisting scratches during daily use.
Fully utilization of its non-magnetic properties. 316L stainless steel is non-magnetic, suitable for mechanical watches, ensuring high timekeeping accuracy. Anti-magnetic watches feature cases that resist magnetic field interference from daily life.
Precise control of surface integrity. A high-gloss surface is achieved through precision machining, and passivation further enhances corrosion resistance. For diving watch cases, the precision surface prevents seawater adhesion, making cleaning easy.

Precision machining of multiple sealing grooves. Crystal sealing grooves and case back sealing grooves are machined on the case, with groove width accuracy ±0.01mm, groove depth accuracy ±0.005mm, and groove bottom roughness Ra0.8μm. For diving watches, the stainless steel case with a double sealing ring structure achieves a water resistance depth of 300 meters.
Precision machining of the threaded case back. The case back thread accuracy is 6H, the perpendicularity of the thread to the sealing end face is ≤0.01mm, and the thread surface roughness is Ra0.8μm. The screw-in case back features precision threads that ensure stable locking torque and reliable waterproofing.
Precision fit between the crown tube and the case. The mounting hole for the stem is dimensionally accurate to H6 grade, with an interference fit and a mating surface roughness of Ra0.4μm. The antimagnetic case features an integrated stem and case design to minimize leakage points.
Precise Positioning of the Spring Bar Holes: The spring bar hole position accuracy is ±0.01mm, with a diameter tolerance of H7 grade and uniform chamfering at the hole opening. Quick-release spring bar holes, precision-machined for easy installation and removal of the spring bars and convenient strap replacement.
Precision Machining of the Lug Grooves: The width accuracy of the leather strap mounting groove is ±0.02mm, with a groove bottom radius of R0.2mm to avoid stress concentration. For a standard case, the precision lug groove ensures a tight, gapless fit after leather strap installation.
