II. Complex Curved Surfaces and Aerodynamic Design

III. Full Utilization of Material Performance

High-strength aluminum alloy 7075-T6 exhibits superior performance in key bicycle components. It boasts a tensile strength of 570MPa, a yield strength of 500MPa, and a specific strength exceeding that of ordinary steel.

Application of Corrosion-Resistant Aluminum Alloy. 6061-T6 aluminum alloy possesses excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for bicycle components intended for long-term outdoor use.

Optimized Synergy Between Heat Treatment and Machining. A 0.2-0.3mm allowance is left after rough machining, followed by precision machining after heat treatment to ensure final dimensional accuracy.

IV. Surface Treatment and Appearance Quality

Anodizing provides rich colors. CNC-machined aluminum alloy parts, after anodizing, can display various colors such as black, red, gold, and silver, with a film hardness of HV300-400, offering wear and scratch resistance. Custom-made bicycles feature anodized parts with vibrant colors that coordinate with the body paint.

Hard anodizing improves wear resistance. Hard anodizing of sliding or contact surfaces results in a film thickness of 40-60μm and a hardness of HV500 or higher, increasing wear resistance by 5 times.

Polishing achieves a mirror finish. Through precision machining and mechanical polishing, a mirror surface with a thickness of less than Ra0.1μm can be obtained.

Precision bearing seat machining. The bearing mounting position diameter tolerance on the part is h6 grade, with a roundness ≤0.01mm, ensuring precise rotation when mated with a precision bearing.

Precise realization of threads and fastening structures. The thread precision on the parts is 6H/6g, and the perpendicularity of the thread to the reference surface is ≤0.05mm, ensuring reliable fastening.
