Exquisite CNC machining of U-shaped fixed joints integral milling
I. Uniform One-Piece Molding Process, Adaptable to Various Non-Standard Assembly Needs
This fixed connector is formed by one-time clamping and milling using a three-axis/four-axis CNC machining center. The front U-shaped opening groove, rear connecting shaft, side set screw threaded hole, and internal locking thread are all machined simultaneously, eliminating the need for multiple splicing and welding processes.
Unlike split assemblies, the one-piece milled structure has no splicing gaps and higher structural strength. It can be customized to any shape, slot angle, and hole diameter specification according to customer equipment drawings and physical samples. Whether it's a special inclined opening, multiple set screw holes, or stepped shaft end, or other irregular structures, it can be precisely machined, perfectly matching the special assembly structures of automated equipment, construction machinery, and tooling fixtures.
II. Micron-Level Precision Tolerance, Locking Fit Without Loosening or Misalignment
The entire process is CNC precision turning and milling, with key mating dimensional tolerances controllable within ±0.005mm. The U-shaped clamping inner cavity, rear connecting outer circle, threaded hole position, parallelism, and concentricity are all strictly controlled.
The inner wall of the cavity is smooth and regular, ensuring uniform clearance after clamping the shaft. The precise positioning of the set screw threads on both sides ensures balanced force on the locking set screws, preventing shaft slippage, joint misalignment, shaking, and abnormal noise during high-speed operation and reciprocating motion.
Compared to parts machined on ordinary lathes, this significantly reduces equipment malfunctions caused by assembly clearances, improving overall machine stability.
III. High-strength metal base material, impact-resistant and not easily deformed under heavy loads.
Fixed joints are available in various base materials: 6061 aluminum alloy, 45# tempered steel, stainless steel, and 7075 aerospace aluminum. The aluminum alloy version is lightweight, reducing the load on the equipment; the tempered steel/stainless steel versions are high in hardness, shear-resistant, and impact-resistant, suitable for long-term high-intensity operation in engineering machinery and heavy-duty production lines.

IV. Double lo
cking structure design for stable clamping and no shaft slippage.
The product adopts a double locking structure with a U-shaped open clamping cavity and double-sided set screw holes. Internal positioning threads are provided, and symmetrical set screw holes on both sides can be used to install set screws, providing bidirectional fixation for shaft parts. The drawbacks of single-point set screws, such as slippage and wear due to single-point stress, have been completely resolved. Bidirectional set screws evenly distribute locking pressure, ensuring stable and durable clamping force. Even after repeated disassembly and long-term operation, shaft disengagement and loosening of the clamp will not occur, making it suitable for various high-reliability applications such as positioning, transmission, limit switching, and connection.
V. Multiple Surface Treatments, Wear-Resistant and Rust-Proof for Complex Environments
A complete set of surface strengthening processes is provided according to the operating conditions: Aluminum alloy joints can undergo hard anodizing and sandblasting bright anodizing to improve surface hardness, wear resistance, and scratch resistance; steel joints can be quenched and blackened, galvanized, and polished and passivated for rust and corrosion resistance.
VI. Full-Process Quality Control and Inspection, 3D Scanning Ensures Factory Quality
Each customized fixed joint enters the quality inspection laboratory after processing. A 3D coordinate measuring machine (CMM) performs full-area 3D scanning to accurately detect all key parameters such as external dimensions, internal cavity diameter, threaded hole position, and geometric tolerances. An inspection report is automatically generated, and defective products are individually sorted and reworked.
The entire quality inspection process follows the ISO9001 quality management system, ensuring high dimensional consistency across batches and complete quality traceability. Assembly of the entire machine avoids batch-to-batch dimensional deviations, providing equipment manufacturers with a stable and reliable supply guarantee.
VII. One-stop customization service: Small order sampling and large-volume production both possible.
The factory achieves fully in-house production, from raw material cutting, CNC machining, tapping and grooving, surface treatment, cleaning and rust prevention, to packaging and shipping, eliminating the need for multiple outsourcing partners. We support rapid sampling of non-standard samples starting from 1 piece, with samples available within 3 days. For large-volume orders, multiple CNC machines can be simultaneously scheduled for production, ensuring stable delivery times and 24/7 operation.
We provide technical support for drawing measurement, material selection, and structural optimization, completing the entire process from drawing coordination to finished product delivery in one stop. This eliminates the cumbersome process of multiple intermediaries for customers, effectively reducing procurement cycles and overall costs.
Customized fixed connectors are widely used in automated production line equipment, packaging machinery, construction machinery, tooling fixtures, conveying equipment, and other fields. They are mainly used as core components for drive shaft connection, tooling positioning and clamping, actuator limit, and rod locking and fixing. They can be used as matching parts for brand-new equipment or as replacement parts for original factory repair parts, adapting to various working conditions such as lightweight, heavy-duty, and precision transmission.
